Batsford Solitaire

Batsford Solitaire

Batsford Solitaire is a two deck version of Klondike Solitaire. In Batsford Solitaire the player has 10 columns of cards instead of 7 in Klondike, and 8 foundations instead of the 4 it has in Klondike. Like in Klondike the player must build up all the foundations from Ace to King by suit, and can build down the columns alternating colors. Batsford solitaire also has a strange feature that is like a single freecell, that is only good for holding a King. The player can use this to move a King out of the way if the King is blocking his progress in some way. If you're familiar with Klondike Solitaire you should be able to pick up Batsford Solitaire pretty quickly.
